Printables - New site, new services!

We've opened a new topic here, on miniature printables.
The purpose is to share hints, tips and techniques for printing, as well as sites with graphics -- and COPYRIGHT and FAIR USE issues (which are not simple, and involve a combination of moral, ethical and legal issues).
I've also set up MiniPrintables.com (finally) to keep track of resources and information on printables across the net.
In the past 10 years, hundreds, if not thousands of good to great sites have gone by the wayside, and along with them, all the printables, efforts, and energies their creators invested. Links to those sites are still in many databases and link collections, giving people false hopes and a major let downs when the site comes up 404. Others, spread their efforts over dozens of "free" host accounts, and the first person to try to download any of the images gets "This site temporarily disabled" messages.
We are offering storage and bandwidth for anyone who wants to host their printables on our servers. We have a few reasonable rules, and in exchange we can simplify your life. We've been online with our own servers since 1997. We've been on-line on shared servers since 1993. That's longer than almost anyone else. Odds are we'll still be around 10 years from now. At least we have a better chance of it based on our track record!
Make sure your efforts don't go to waste. Host them, or mirror them, on our server, and even if your sites go down, you lose interest, or worse -- your efforts will still be available to, and valued by others.
You've felt the disappointment of dead links. Help prevent that from happening! Archive your work on one of our various sites, and you'll be protected even if your harddrive crashes, or your ISP goes belly up.
